Click Start free at the top of any page. You'll create an account in under 60 seconds (no credit card), choose a fax number from any US area code, sign the BAA online, and you're ready to send your first fax.
Your trial is 14 days, capped at 30 sent + 180 received pages.
From your inbox, click Compose. Upload a PDF or document, select a cover sheet (or skip), enter the recipient's fax number, and click Send. You'll see real-time delivery status updates as the fax transmits.
Available on Plus, Team, and Business plans. Go to Settings → Branding to upload your logo and customize cover sheet templates with your company colors and contact info.
On Solo, Plus, and Team plans, your account uses one shared login — everyone in your office uses the same credentials and sees the same inbox. You can also add up to 3-10 emails (depending on plan) to receive fax notifications.
On the Business plan, you can invite up to 5 individual users with their own logins and per-user audit logs. Go to Settings → Users.
Go to Settings → Numbers → Port a number. Upload a signed Letter of Authorization (we provide the template) and a recent bill from your current carrier. The port typically completes in 3-10 business days.
Your trial is paused during the port — you don't lose any trial days. You can keep using your existing fax service in parallel until the port completes.
From your inbox, click any fax to preview it. Use the download icon to save the PDF. You can also bulk-export multiple faxes to ZIP, or export your audit log as CSV.
Faxes are retained for 7 years on every plan.
Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and save your backup codes.
On the Business plan, 2FA can be enforced for all users by the admin.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. One click. No questions, no retention call, no exit survey.
Your account becomes read-only for 30 days after cancellation so you can download any data you need. After that, data is archived per HIPAA retention requirements.
