Their Personal plan at $18.99 is marketed as HIPAA compliant but does not list a BAA among its included features — confirm before using it for PHI.
- Fax.Plus — a BAA is listed on the Enterprise plan at $79.99/mo, which includes unlimited members, SSO, API and data residency options.

Where each one is strongest
Every provider on this list is a reasonable choice for someone. Here is the honest read:

- iFax — competitive pricing with mobile apps. Verify which plan includes the BAA and that HIPAA mode is enabled on your account before sending PHI, since it is described as an account setting rather than always-on.
- Documo (mFax) — a strong option for organizations that need native EHR integrations (OpenEMR, NextGen, ModMed, PointClickCare). LuzardoFax does not currently offer these native EHR integrations. Pricing above the entry tier moves to custom quotes.
